We drive through lush plantations on our way to Kandy, stopping at an Pinnewela Elephant Orphanage, Spice Garden, and Tea Factory. After lunch we do the city tour of Kandy and visit the Botanical Gardens, a Gemstone cutter, Bathik factory and the Arts and crafts centre. A great opportunity to pick some quality souvenirs (Note: we will only take you to government approved shops which enusres you are getting quality, authentic items).

In the evening view a cultural dance performance in Kandyan Cultural Centre and spend the night in Kandy.

After the early breakfast visit the Sacred Temple of the Tooth which contains the sacret tooth relic of Buddha. We can then take the lake side drive, and back to Colombo Airport.
